Building a Cohesive Social Strategy for Loop Cashmere

I was commissioned by Loop Cashmere, a fast-growing British brand, to conduct a comprehensive audit of its social media channels. This process included a competitor review to help the client better understand the landscape of the luxury fashion and cashmere sector and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Drawing on these insights, I developed a tailored social media strategy with the dual aim of increasing engagement and building brand awareness. A key challenge was to maintain commercial messaging while creating space for storytelling that would foster stronger audience connections.​

The resulting strategy delivered a more cohesive and visually consistent presence across channels, alongside a clear framework for approaching different audience segments. Implementation led to an immediate increase in engagement and a strengthened brand identity, leaving the client with a confident direction for continued growth.
